2026 Smart Cities Dive Public Service Awards nominations now open
Smart Cities Dive announces the opening of nominations for the 2026 Public Service Awards, honoring outstanding individuals driving local impact. Nominations are free, with a deadline of March 31, 2026. The awards continue the "American Cities & Counties Outstanding Public Service Awards" following the merger of AC&C with Smart Cities Dive, and also preview the Community Projects Awards opening in June.
Smart Cities Dive is now accepting nominations for the Smart Cities Dive Public Service Award, which recognizes outstanding individuals driving real impact at the local level. This award is a continuation of the original "American City & County Outstanding Public Service Award" following the merger of American City & County (AC&C) and Smart Cities Dive . According to themerger announcement made last year, the two brands are now integrated. Additionally, this June, we will begin accepting nominations for the Smart Cities Dive Community Project Award, which continues AC&C's "Crown Communities Award" and recognizes projects that address real community needs through innovative use of resources and technology.
